These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the website located at veltavo.com (the “Site”), operated by Veltavo (“Veltavo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site. Our Privacy Policy separately explains our information practices.
1. Nature of the Site
The Site is provided for general informational purposes. Accessing or using the Site does not establish a client relationship with Veltavo. These Terms do not amend or replace any separate agreement between you and Veltavo.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or to any system or network connected to it, or probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site without our prior written authorization;
- interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site, or impose an unreasonable load on its infrastructure, including by automated means;

- impersonate Veltavo or misrepresent any affiliation with Veltavo.

Rights in the Site’s content, including the Veltavo name, wordmark, and logo, belong to Veltavo or to the applicable rights holders. You may view the Site and link to it. Any additional use is subject to applicable law and any relevant license. Nothing in these Terms restricts uses permitted by law.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the Site will be available without interruption or free of errors.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Veltavo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your access to or use of the Site. These exclusions do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, or gross negligence, or to any liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited. Nothing in these Terms limits any nonwaivable statutory right or remedy.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with its effective date. Revisions apply prospectively. Where assent to a revision is required by applicable law, posting the revision alone does not establish that assent.
7. General Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision. This document is available in English and Spanish. If the versions conflict, the English version controls to the extent permitted by applicable law. This provision does not limit any nonwaivable right.
